Special Note1.Purchase of this product requires you to hold a U.S. visa and provide your country, region, and passport number at the time of registration. You are required to bring a valid ID (passport, ID, etc.) 2.Please provide your personal weight (in pounds) when registering. The weight of the baggage must not exceed 15 pounds and be stored in a bag that can be carried by one hand. 3.The product is provided by the local Aboriginal company throughout the process of English guide service, the guests need to have the ability to speak and listen in English, please register to participate according to their own circumstances; 4.The Arctic Ocean region has limited medical, communication, and traffic conditions. In case of any emergencies, even in the most ideal conditions, rescue workers will arrive only hours later. Therefore, travelers must ensure their physical and health conditions good; 5.To ensure safety, guests must wear glasses (normal glasses and sunglasses are available), and wear comfortable clothes, comfortable walking shoes, multi-layered clothes, a warm jacket, and a warm hat; 6.The accommodation conditions are different from the city standards. The hotel does not have a private bathroom. Only the public toilets and bathrooms that distinguish between men and women are carefully selected. 7.The product does not include meals throughout the course. Please prepare your own meals in advance or buy them at the camp itself. The camp is mostly self-service and most of the prices are between $10 and $20. What's Excluded: Air fares between your hometown and the departure city. All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements. A mandatory service fees:: $20/person/day. Please pay your tip to the tour guide on the same day to indicate recognition and encouragement for the tour guide work; Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified. Hotel accommodation fees are included in all itineraries, some hotels need to check in at the front desk at the time of check-in (no actual deduction) to ensure the financial security of the hotel in the room, the cost will be 2-3 business days after check-out ; All listing mandatory admission, please pay when you make the booking or pay cash to tour guide; Any private expenses Surcharge will be added to the total price when checking out. Booking Process:
After You Book: - Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email. - Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us. - An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required. - Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase. |
