Day 1:  Bay Area - Sacramento - Wendover

In the morning, we will visit the California State Capital - Sacramento. Founded in 1849, Sacramento was at the heart of the gold rush, Pony Express, and first continental railroad. In the afternoon, we will head through the famous Donner Pass and enter Nevada - nicknamed the Silver State. Overnight stay in Wendover.

Day 2:  Wendover - Great Salt Lake - Casper

Through the Great Salt Desert in the morning, the saline lake covers an area of around 1,700 square miles, but is subject to substantial fluctuations. Along the Emigration Canyon into Echo Canyon, visit the once traveled Oregon Trail. The trail represents the only corridor to the West. 1843 was known as “The great migration” and over the next 25 years more than a half million people went west on the Trail. The highlights of the trail also includes: the historical landmarks of Independence Rock, Devil’s Gate. Overnight stay in Casper.
The Great Salt Lake
The Great Salt Lake, located in the northern part of the U.S. state of Utah, is the largest salt water lake in the Western Hemisphere, and the eighth-largest terminal lake in the world. In an average, the lake covers an area of around 1,700 square miles, but the lake's size fluctuates substantially due to its shallowness.

Great Salt Lake Desert - The Great Salt Lake Desert covers the area between Salt Lake City and Nevada in the northern corner of Utah. It is known for its vast salt deposits, which are so large they can be seen on satellite images.

Oregon Trail - The trail represents the only corridor to the West. 1843 was known as "The great migration" and over the next 25 years, more than a half million people went west on the Trail.

Independence Rock - This granite monolith sits in the Independence Rock State Historic Site in central Wyoming. The rock served as an important landmark for those traveling west via the Oregon Trail in the middle of the 19th century.

Day 3:  Casper - Crazy Horse Memorial - Mount Rushmore - Gillette

Travel to Crazy Horse Memorial in the morning. You will witness the world’s largest mountain sculpture in progress. Rising over 563 feet high, Crazy Horse has come to represent the freedom of the Native American spirit. Then visit Mount Rushmore National Memorial, a monumental granite sculpture by Gutzon Borglum. The monument represents the first 150 years of the history of the United States of America with 60-foot (18 m) sculptures of the heads of former United States presidents : George Washington , Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. Continue to Devil’s Tower National Monument. ‘Bear Lodge’ was the Native American name for the Tower. This 865 foot column- a remnant of a volcanic eruption was renamed in 1875 by a scientific team escorted by Col. Richard I. Dodge. Overnight stay in Gillette.

Continue visit Yellowstone National Park: the Old Faithful Geyser, Rainbow Pool. Then head to Grand Teton National Park. The tallest peak rises to 13,770 feet. Twelve of the peaks in Teton reach above 12,000 feet and support a dozen mountain glaciers. In the afternoon visit the state of Wyoming and visit the western town of Jackson Hole. Arches made of elk antlers decorate the central plaza in this town with plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. Over night stay in Salt Lake City.

Day 6:  Salt Lake City - Bonneville Salt Flats - Reno

Visit Utah State Capitol Building and historical Temple Square. Then travel to Salt Flats, a land of thick crust of salty soil. It looks like a magical wonderland covered with snow. The famous Bonneville Speedway is located in the western portion of the flats, where the world land speed records have been broken many times. The first transcontinental telephone line was also completed in the area. Arrive in Reno in the afternoon, the city known as “The Biggest Little City in the World”, is the birthplace of the gaming corporation Harrah’s Entertainment. Overnight stay in Reno.

Day 7:  Reno - Virginia City - Lake Tahoe - Bay Area

Depart Reno for Virginia City, a national historical landmark district, where the discovery of Comstock lode in 1859 turned the town into a hustling and bustling site. Thousands of people rushed here to make their fortune and among them are: Ralston & Crocker, founder of California bank; George Hearst, father of William Hearst; and Stanford, president of Central Pacific Railroad. At one time Virginia City was the richest place on earth and more money was produced here than the entire California Gold Rush. It is also here that Samuel Clemens adopted his famous pen name “Mark Twain” while working for a local new paper. Stroll the authentic wooden boardwalk, you will be overwhelmed by the senses and charms of the old west. Then continue to beautiful Lake Tahoe bordering Nevada and California. The clear blue water surrounded by majestic mountains will take your breath away. Head back to the Bay Area in the afternoon.

1. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.

2. Two full-size beds per room, Usitour don't guarantee extra rolling/sofa bed for 3rd or 4th person, please contact front desk for availability;

3. Some itineraries offer "Buy two get one discounted" or "Buy two get two discounted", which means three or four persons share one room can get discount; The third/forth person only needs to pay the Los Angeles hotel price difference and the theme park tickets included in the itinerary. The bus location is provided free of charge;

4. Due to we reserve bus seats, no-show of third and fourth discounted customers incur penalty fee, and the first and second customers should pay the fee to tour guide.

5.Due to the large-scale conference in the San Francisco area, the following dates need to be charged for the holiday season. The specific amount is subject to inquiry: Jan 29-31, Mar 19-22, Apr 15-19,May 17-21, Jul 9-11, Aug 8-10, Sep 23-28, Oct 3-5, Oct 12-16, Oct 20-31, Nov 1, Nov 8-12 in 2018, Jan 6-9, Jan 23-26, Feb 4-6, Feb 10-15, Mar 3-7, Mar 18-21.

6.We offer a "buy two get one discounted" . We reserve seats in advance for those who enjoy the discount. If someone who enjoys the offer does not participate in the group on the same day, the tour guid will receive a fine in cash when they get on the bus. Penalty is $40/day ($160 for 4 days, $200 for 5 days, $240 for 6 days).

7.Each passenger is allowed to store one piece of luggage in the trunk of the bus and carry a small hand baggage on board. Baby strollers and wheelchairs will be considered a piece of luggage. Oversized bulky bags will be charged $25/piece and paid to the tour guide.

8.Please read carefully the content in "What's Excluded" section on tour's detail page,and directly pay the fee in cash to your tour guide.

All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements.

A mandatory service fees: A total of $8.00/day per passenger. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $8 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $32. For those who enjoy free pick-up from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Salt Lake City, each guest pays a tour guide + driver for a total of $4 /passenger per trip;

If the itinerary contains a California theme project, please order it on the tour guide. If you prepare your own theme park ticket, the land agency will charge a fare of $48/person (for reference only, subject to the actual collection on the ground);

Children under the age of 2 need to pay a mandatory liability insurance of $25 per day. We will guarantee the seat for the child. If the child does not occupy the seat, the compulsory insurance still needs to be delivered;

Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket.
