Order Agreement

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on Usitour.com. This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Usitour. By becoming a Usitour.com customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. Usitour.com has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.

1. Eligibility

You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use Usitour.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Responsibility

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions etc.

3. Ordering processes

1Within 1-4 working days after receiving your payment, we will send you the confirmation form and E-voucher through email. Once you receive your E-voucher, your order is confirmed. Please review the information and contact us within 48 for any changes. You can also login "My Account" on https://www.usitour.com.

2Please print out your E-voucher and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure. You can also find emergency contact number of our local operator on your E-voucher.

3We highly recommend you to book flight tickets after receive Confirmation Form. Flight information must be provided 5 days prior to departure date in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged.
Please confirm your flight with your airline company the day before departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services cannot be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Usitour or our local airport transportation service provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

4Payment methods accepted are: Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Wire Transfer, Chase Quick Pay, Cash/Check, WechatPay and Alipay. Please be aware all prices are offered on Usitour.com in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation, and surcharge might occur after confirmed.

5Due to limited seating of U.S. west coast and Yellowstone National Park tour packages, please contact us to confirm the tour availability. When you book the tour, please provide travelers' name, gender, tour code, departure date, duration of the tour, contact information etc. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and send you Confirmation Form and E-voucher after received full payment within 1-4 business days.
If your tour is paid but cannot be confirmed, our customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours to process refund or offer you alternative tours. Usitour.com shall not be responsible for any changes/cancellation/penalty if you book your flight/train/cruise tickets and hotels before received Confirmation Form and E-voucher.

4. Order methods

1 Order online

(a)If you can pay with credit card, PayPal, Alipay or UnionPay, once you have completed the payment, you will receive a Reservation Form. The Reservation Form is proof of your payment, and not your voucher.
(b) If you submit your order online but choose to pay with cash/check, you will receive a Reservation Form. Please complete the payment within 1-2 business days as instructed. You will receive Confirmation Form after paid in full.

2 Order by phone or email

After receive your call or email, our travel specialist will assist you complete the order process.Once payment has been confirmed, we will immediately send an E-Voucher to your email (usually take up to 3-4 business day). The E-Voucher will include all the tour related information, please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.Please print out your E-voucher and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure.

3 Complete payment

Once payment has been confirmed, we will immediately send you Confirmation Form and E-Voucher to your email within 1-4 business days. The E-Voucher will include all the tour related information, please read it carefully and keep it with you while traveling.Please print out your E-voucher and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure.

5. Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy

Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

Once the Europe Tour package orders and sends a "Tour Confirmation Form" or "E-voucher", no fees will be refunded. Cancellation of special circumstances will be carried out in accordance with the specific provisions of the "Precautions" in each route.

13Reservation made 7 Days Prior to Departure Date

Reservations made 7 days prior to departure date are non-refundable if cancel due to personal reason, regardless of whether you have received the Confirmation Form or E-voucher.

14Confirmed order

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order

(a) Reducing the number of travelers

(b) Rescheduling tour departure date

15Cancel amended order

If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.

16Cancellation of free-fare passenger of "buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Free" offers (exclude Yellowstone National Park tours)

If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.

17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:

(a) If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.

(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.

(c) If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.

18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation

Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

6. Itinerary change or cancellation due to force majeure

Usitour will try to ensure that your itinerary is consistent with the details listed on the website. However, in order to ensure your safety, in rare circumstances including but not limited to severe weather, transportation problems, rioting, disease outbreaks and other uncontrollable reasons, Usitour.com and the operator of the destination tour product reserve the right to make changes to or to cancel your itinerary.
Suppliers of the itinerary that provide optional tours with minimum trip requirements such as number of participants has the right to cancel the tour is those requirements are not met.
Usitour.com accept no responsibility for personal loss, cancellations and additional associated costs due to force majeure; also Usitour.com shall not be responsible for personal injury or loss of life resulting from such conditions, and offers no compensation.
To protect the rights and interests of all our guests, if passengers obstruct or hinder the normal operation of Usitour or our operator of destination tourism products, we have the right to cancel their eligibility to continue to participate in the trip. This decision is final and in such an event a passenger cannot ask for a refund or transfer.
Regarding personal reasons for those who wish to abandon their itinerary, Usitour.com will try to help arrange, but is not responsible for any loss resulting.
Usitour.com is not responsible for any losses caused by network or destination suppliers, or by any other third party. Usitour.com retains the right to investigate any inappropriate remarks made against Usitour.comthat has a negative impact on the tourist industry.

7. Other

1Privacy and data.

Usitour.com will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. Usitour.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information. Usitour.com also requires you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your username and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone. Privacy and Security Policy of Usitour.com is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.

2Travel Insurance

Usitour.com strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. The tour products listed on Usitour.com are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Usitour.com shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.
Usitour.com recommends that all passengers be in good health to ensure the smooth operation of your travel plans. Please check your health status and discuss your suitability for long distance travel with your doctor. If you require any special consideration for physical or mental ill health, please state this when ordering. Usitour.com will not accept reservations from passengers whose physical or mental health is not suitable for long distance travel. You agree that Usitour.com will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against Usitour.com and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives

3Hotels

There is no international standard Hotel Classification by Stars and most of the ratings of hotels are based on local travel agencies and Industry standards. This is for your reference only.Usitour.com cannot guarantees that the hotel ratings match with other websites.
For following circumstances, Usitour must assume no responsibility or liability:
1.For any confirmed order, customers will be assumed accept the hotel, and shall not claim compensation.
2. Customers shall be responsible for any loss if change or cancel hotel reservation upon arrival.

4Passports and Visas

Passengers are expected to obtain "entry" or "via" visas for all countries on their itinerary, and to carry the necessary travel documents. Different nationalities have different requirements for different countries, and passengers are expected to understand these policies. Usitour.com cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country.
You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations.Usitour.com will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
If require Usitour to issue Travel Invitation or Flight Reservation for applying travel Visa, 10% of total travel package price will be charged as deposit.
1. Visa obtained: Rest of amount need to be paid in full, and Uitrip will start confirm process immediately.
2. Visa denied: $50 service fee will be charged, and the rest will be refund.

5Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Access to, and use of Usitour.com website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by Usitrip.com, and we are not responsible for their content.
We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice.
Usitour.com uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information such as description of transportation and accommodations on our website. Usitour.com shall not be responsible for service or force majeure that might occur during your trip.
If you don't agree to the terms of service on this site, you shall have the right to refuse to use services provided on Usitour.com.
You have the right to rise complain on travel consulting service. Please contact us in time and provide relevant evidence.
You have the right to choose whether to purchase optional tours.

8. Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims

Any purchase agreement is between you and Usitour.com. Entering into this agreement, you accept that this Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the Usitour.com website and service, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction ofthe courts of California.If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.Failure of Usitour.com to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Usitour with respect to the use of Usitour.com.
