1.For passengers arriving with Domestic flights, please wait at the Luggage/Baggage Claim Counter of your flight number, Our tour guide wears Aloha shirt;
2.for passengers taking International flight, please go out from the “Individual Exit”, our tour guide will wait outside of “International Individual Exit”, Our tour guide wears Aloha shirt.
After pick up from airport, our tour guide will sent you to the hotel（Hawaii hotels check-in time is after 3:00pm）.1.Free Pick-up: HNL Airport Pick-up 8:00AM-10:00PM;
2.Generally, the International flight guests will go to outside of “International Individual Exit” around 45 minutes (60 minutes, upon the flight arrival time) . 1.Whale Watch Lunch Cruise: (Seasonal Special:12/16/2016-4/2/2017, Everyday)
Tour Fee:Adults(12yrs old or over) $94.00 per person; Child(7-12) $55.00 per person
Every year December is the Whale Watch season in Hawaii Islands. Seasonal Edition.
2.Full Day Deluxe Program: (1/1/2017-12/31/2017, Monday - Saturday, except Sunday and federal holiday)
Tour Fee:Adults(12yrs old or over) $138.00 per person; Child(3-11) $128.00 per person
Full day program includes:Catamaran Cruise, Jetski Ride, Banana Ride, Bumper Tube Ride and Turtle Watching etc.
3.Diamond Head Hiking: (1/1/2017-12/31/2017, Everyday)
Tour Fee:Adults(12yrs old or over) $138.00 per person; Child(3-11) $128.00 per person
Diamond Head not only the famous mountain in Honolulu, but also it was a military observatory. There will be various lookout points for taking pictures so enjoy the hike at a relaxed pace as the hike will only take about 40 to 45 minutes.
4.Stand-Up Paddle With Ocean Sports Half Day: (1/1/2017-12/31/2017, Monday - Saturday, except Sunday and federal holiday)

Tour guide will pick you up from the hotel. Please wait at pick up place prior to 10 mins.
1.Hawaii hotel normally check-out time is 11:00am or 12:00pm.
2.If your depart flight is later than 11am or 12pm. Please don’t forget to check-out at the hotel before you leave.
3.Late check-out will caused you to pay extra room fee.

After You Book:
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy
Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

Reservations made 7 days prior to departure date are non-refundable if cancel due to personal reason, regardless of whether you have received the Confirmation Form or E-voucher.
- 14Confirmed order
The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order
(a) Reducing the number of travelers
(b) Rescheduling tour departure date
- 15Cancel amended order
If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.
- 16Cancellation of free-fare passenger of "buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Free" offers (exclude Yellowstone National Park tours)
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
- 17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.
- 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.
