1. Free pick-up time for three major airport groups in New York: 8:30am-12:00am (flight arrival time); free pick-up from group needs to be shared with other guests, waiting time For no more than 60 minutes, guests who enjoy free pick-up will not be charged a $10/person service fee. The tour guide will charge one day before the end of the trip and will not be charged on the day of pick-up.
For those arriving at the three major airports (JFK/LGA/EWR), if you are travelling on a US domestic flight, please go to the Baggage Claim Area and wait for the tour guide (arrived at JFK at the exit of Terminal 7); You are on an international flight, please wait at the passenger exit. For guests arriving at the airport in advance, please join the guide at the following locations:
(1) JFK International Airport (JFK): Hudson News Office in Terminal 7.
(2) LaGuardia International Airport (LGA): Terminal B, Baggage Claims Department of AA Airlines
(3) Newark International Airport (EWR): Terminal C, Welcome Center
2. Personal pick-up at your own expense: Enjoy private car transfer from the three major airports in New York and nearby hotels, 24 hours a day, a single car ($145 for the first and second people, $15 for each additional person), pay-per-view Service charge is included, please choose to pay when ordering.
3. Guests without flights can choose Manhattan and Flushing Chinatown collections at the following times and addresses:

Guests who enjoy the free site do not include a $10/person service charge, and the tour guide will charge one day before the end of the trip, and no payment will be required on the day of pick-up.
Summary of the Day:
Thanks for choosing your vacation with us! You can choose any one of the major airports in New York (JFK & LGA) and in New Jersey (EWR) when you book your flight. You can also meet out tour guide at Manhattan Chinatown or downtown Flushing. (The first day itinerary is for your reference only; the schedule is subject to change upon your arrival.) Our professional tour guide will meet guests at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight, or at the Passenger Waiting Area for the international flight. We provide free pick up from 8:30am-11:00pm, and the last shuttle will leave at 12:00am, (Recommended gratuity for the complimentary pick-up service: $8 per person)please arrange your flight properly. If your flights arrive early, please meet our tour guide at: (1)For JFK: Hudson News at Terminal 7; (2)For LGA: American Airline baggage claim at Terminal B; (3)For EWR: Welcome Center at Terminal C. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities. 2. Visit Philadelphia, the birth place of the United States: spend time at the Independent Park to see the Independent Hall and the Liberty Bell, take pictures with the statue of the first president George Washington. Continue on to Washington DC. Our Tour of this Vibrant US Capital district features the Capital Hill, White House, Lincoln Memorial, Korea War Memorial, and Vietnam War Memorial. Enjoy some free times at the National Air & Space Museum to learn the milestones of human beings had made to overcome gravity.

Day 4:Washington D.C. - Corning Glass Center - Niagara Falls -
Summary of the Day:
Visit Corning Museum of glass, which currently has a collection of more than 45,000 glass objects, some over 3,500 years old. Watch hot glass making show. Visit the magnificent Niagara Falls. Inside the Niagara Falls State Park, you can see the 3 beautiful falls including the American Falls, Horse Shoe Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. And take the “Maid of the Mist” boat(closed in winter) to get a real feeling of the magic of nature. Return to the visitor center of Niagara Falls to see an IMAX movie called The Legends of The Falls, which cost $15 million to make. After this you can choose to: A. stay in the park to see more of the falls; B. join the optional In-depth tour of Niagara, to see the Whirl Pool, and the Old Fort of Niagara. ($25/person including a $13 ticket of Fort Niagara). In the evening, transfer to hotel after dinner.

Summary of the Day:
Starting early from the hotel, travel across Upstate New York to reach Massachusetts in the afternoon. Arrive at Cambridge to visit the oldest campus in America, Harvard University. Do not forget to take pictures with the statue of Mr. John Harvard. Also visit another Ivy League school MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Boston city tour: stop at the Copley Square to see the old Trinity Church and the modern John Hancock building. Follow the Freedom Trail you can spot the Boston Common, the golden top Massachusetts State House and many other attractions. After You Book:
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
Amendment/Cancellation/Refund policy
Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

Reservations made 7 days prior to departure date are non-refundable if cancel due to personal reason, regardless of whether you have received the Confirmation Form or E-voucher.

The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order
(a) Reducing the number of travelers

If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.
- 16Cancellation of free-fare passenger of "buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Free" offers (exclude Yellowstone National Park tours)
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
- 17The specific amendment/refund criteria after receive Confirmation Form and E-voucher:
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.
- 18How to Change/ Cancel a Reservation
Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

3. Please ensure safety of your luggage always, especially in public areas. The tour operator or the tour guide cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
4. Please bring valid documentation on travel date (passport, driving license, visa, etc).
5. No-show of third and fourth discounted passengers incurs a penalty fee, and the first and the second passengers should pay the fee to the guide.
6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.
9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.
10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.
11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.
12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.
13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.
14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.
