Thanks for choosing your vacation with us! You can choose any one of the major airports in New York (JFK & LGA) and in New Jersey (EWR) when you book your flight. You can also meet out tour guide at Manhattan Chinatown or downtown Flushing.
(The first day itinerary is for your reference only; the schedule is subject to change upon your arrival.)
Our professional tour guide will meet guests at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight, or at the Passenger Waiting Area for the international flight. We provide free pick up from 8:30am-11:00pm, and the last shuttle will leave at 12:00am, (Recommended gratuity for the complimentary pick-up service: $8 per person)please arrange your flight properly.

Hightlight:
Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA will be sent to Flushing in Queens and provided free left-luggage so that you can go to Sky View Center much easily. Flushing is a safe and booming Asian commercial and retail area with many shopping and dining options. You will experience the distinctive Asian-American culture in a short time. For those who arrive at EWR airport, feel free to take our shuttle to the hotel and catch some rest. We also offer an exclusive add-on option for EWR guests who arrive before 12:00PM - Jersey Garden Outlets Mall Shopping for just $10 per person!
Tailored night tour
All the guests who arrive before 4:30PM will be invited to join our delicately tailored night tour to get first-hand experience of “Sleepless Town” for only $25/adult and $15/child.
Airport Pick-up Information:
Start from 1/1/2017, we will extend 1 hour of the complimentary airport pick-up service to midnight until 0:00! The details of latest airport pick-up service are listed below:
1. Every day from 8:30am to 00:00am; we provide complimentary airport pick-up at three major airports of New York: JFK, EWR and LGA.
2. As long as customers check out from the customs and claim their baggage within 8:30am to 00:00am, they can take our complimentary shuttle. (We recommend you to choose flights landing before 11:00pm.) For the domestic flight, our tour guide will meet guests at the baggage claim area. For the international flight, our tour guide will meet guests at the Passenger Waiting Area outside of the baggage claim. (Passengers, who arrive at Terminal 7 @ JFK, please wait at the Passenger Waiting Area outside of the baggage claim.) Service fee for the complimentary airport pick-up: $8/person.
3. If customers claimed their baggage at other time, we can arrange the paid pick-up service. 24-hour paid pick-up service is available for the first 1-2 persons at a total of $120 with $10 for each additional person.
4. For customers need to gather at airports by themselves: If the customer is not able to arrive on time, please contact us or your agent 1-day prior to the departure day. For the customers who show up at another time, you need to wait for the next shuttle with customers arriving by nearest flight.

Take a bite of finest New York strip steaks in the famous steakhouses. Take a ride by the historical subway to discover every corner of the city: the campus of Columbia University, Lincoln Center, Broadway theaters (Note: the tickets booked by yourselves in advance), Grand Central Station, New York Stock Exchange (Note: tours inside NYSE need booking online by tourists selves.), American Museum of Natural History, the authentic work of "Tong Pak Fu", SoHo in lower Manhattan and etc. Or you could visit friends and relatives, and conduct business activities.

By stepping up to the Empire State Building Observation deck, guests could overlook the beautiful view of the central park and the entire of New York City. Empire State Building stood as the world's tallest building for nearly 40 years, and has been surpassed in late 1970. Its name is derived from the nickname of New York, the Empire State. Nowadays it is still the most famed landmark of the city. Also, Guests will take a sightseeing cruise tour on the Hudson River to enjoy the city view from a totally different angle, as well as take pictures with the backdrops of Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. Furthermore, visit US INTREPID, the national heritage that costs $120 million, which is reopen for visitors. Concorde supersonic airliner and a variety of aircrafts will be all in the exhibition. In addition, wandering around the world's famous financial and securities trading center Wall Street, taking pictures with the New York Stock Exchange and its signature sculpture Charging Bull, and visiting Trinity Church. Our tour bus will pass by the Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, United Nations Headquarters, Ground Zero and the new “Freedom tower”, One World Trade Center……
If time is available, we will add visiting places to The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.
1.Airport Drop-off Information:Flight departure after 19:00 at JFK/LGA/EWR airport (NY)
Visitors could leave the group early to the airport by themselves, while scenic spots are limited. If flights you choose are not at those airports above, or the time is out of the frame we give, please call our department of customer service before your ordering tours.
2.This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests
need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
Holiday Price/Person By Occupancy :
1. The sequence of itineraries is subject to change without prior notice according to departure date, weather, traffic, etc.
2. Two full-size beds per room, Usitour don't guarantee extra rolling/sofa bed for 3rd or 4th person, please contact front desk for availability;
3.Some itineraries offer "Buy two get one free" or "Buy two get two free", which means three or four persons share one room freely; The third/forth person only needs to pay the theme park tickets included in the itinerary. The bus location is provided free of charge;
4. Due to we reserve bus seats, no-show of third and fourth discounted customers incurs penalty fee, and the first and second customers should pay the fee to tour guide.
5.We offer a "buy two get one free" or "Buy two get two free" . We reserve seats in advance for those who enjoy the discount. If someone who enjoys the offer does not participate in the group on the same day, the tour guide will receive a fine in cash when they get on the bus.
6.Children must be occupied when they are two years old (including two years old), and children under two years of age can be embraced by adults. If there is no seated child, there is no service charge.
7.Except the Illinois (Chicago Tour), the state law requires infants to use car seats, not adult embraces, if you want to take the tour with your baby no matter how old the baby is, please bring your own baby car seat.
8.Please read carefully the content in "What's Excluded" section on tour's detail page,and directly pay the fee in cash to your tour guide.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

Reservations made 7 days prior to departure date are non-refundable if cancel due to personal reason, regardless of whether you have received the Confirmation Form or E-voucher.
The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order
(a) Reducing the number of travelers
(b) Rescheduling tour departure date
If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.

9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.
10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.
11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.
12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.
13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.
14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.
