Our professional tour guide will meet you at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight; for international flight, please arrive at the Passenger Waiting Area for pick up. (Passengers, who arrive at Terminal 7 of JFK Airport, please wait outside of the baggage claim area.) We provide free pick-up service from 8:30am-12:00am, (Based on the exact landing time of the flight.)please arrange your flight properly.

1.Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA airport before 5:00pmwill be sent to Flushing Queens. We will provide free luggage storage service, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy’s Shopping Center. In addition, Flushing is a safe and booming Asian commercial and retail area with many shopping and dining options. You will experience the distinctive Asian-American culture.
2.For those who arrive at EWR airport before 12:00pm, feel free to take our shuttle to Jersey Garden Outlet and we will take you back to the hotel as soon as the rooms are ready to check-in.
3.For those who arrive at JFK/LGA airport after 5:00pm or at EWR after 12:00pm, you will be sent to the hotel we reserve for you in advance directly.
4.All guests who meet the tour guide before 4:30pm can join our night tour to experience the charm of “the city that never sleeps". The night tour will visit Rockefeller Center, Times Square and a observation point in NJ.

An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
Once you receive your electronic travel voucher, your order has been confirmed. For any reason that you cannot attend the tour or desert the groupearly, there will be no refund for unused tours. All flights and hotel cannot be changed or canceled once confirm.

Reservations made 7 days prior to departure date are non-refundable if cancel due to personal reason, regardless of whether you have received the Confirmation Form or E-voucher.
The following terms apply to the refund policy when canceling or changing a confirmed order
(a) Reducing the number of travelers

If cancel the order that has been rescheduled tour departure date, refund policy will be applied to the original tour departure date.
If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 10 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee. No-show or cancellation within 10 days will be assessed a penalty fee as amount of child price.
(a)If amendment is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $50.00 Amendment Fee and any other surcharge.
(b) You can fill the flight information one-time for free after receive Confirmation Form, and will be charge $50 Amendment Fee after.
(c)If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we will not change a traveler's departure date and will not offer a refund.
Amendment or Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Usitour Amendment Request Form and Cancellation Request Form. Please email, fax or mail to us, and confirm of receiving by calling us. We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days.

6. National Park Pass / City Pass / Entry Tickets / Annual or Season Passes / Senior Pass (or) any admission tickets to attractions purchased on your own are not allowed on this tour. All mandatory / optional tour services, have to be purchased as instructed in the exclusions section.
7. Two full-sized beds per room. No additional bed for children, 3rd or 4th travelers.
8. Tour is not wheel chair accessible.
9 Children at 18 or under 18 years old must be accompanied by a partner at 19 or 19+ years old.
10. We recommend that you book your flight ticket after receiving the confirmation e-tour ticket. After ordering the ticket, please return to our website tours.usitour.com “My Account” to fill in the ticket information for the guide to pick up the plane.
11. If the flight is late or delayed, please inform the pick-up personnel in time. We are not responsible for this issue affected due to your pick-up arrangement.
12. For the principle of fairness, the bus seats are rotated daily during the trip. Please cooperate with the tour guide to avoid unnecessary disputes.
13. For New Year's Day, National Day, Labor Day or other long weekend holidays, the group fee will be adjusted appropriately. Please confirm the price before booking.
14. In order to ensure that all guests can start the tour on time, please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance, and we are not responsible for your expiration.
